If Central Interior Auctions Ltd. is able to restart its computer system in a timely manner and its records show that all information has remained intact and is immediately restored after the interruption, the timers will be re-set to the remaining time left and the online auction will continue; or
2. If Central Interior Auctions Ltd. is unable to restart its operating system in a timely manner or the clock or the information is lost or not available and not immediately restored when we are able to restart our system, Central Interior Auctions Ltd. will publish reasonable notice and conduct a new auction for any items which were interrupted or are remaining.
